SIGNAL/CORE — PRIVACY PROTOCOL [ 02 / 04 ]

Privacy,
by design.

We believe trust is infrastructure. This protocol explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the control you have over your data.

01 / INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Only what makes the system better.

When you use Signal/Core, we collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, company details, and messages sent to our team. We also collect limited technical information — browser type, device metadata, and product events — to keep the platform secure and improve performance.

02 / HOW WE USE IT

Purposeful by default.

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services; respond to your requests; communicate important product updates; and detect, prevent, or address security incidents. We do not sell personal information or use it to build advertising profiles.

03 / DATA RETENTION

Keep less. Protect more.

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legitimate business or legal requirements. You can request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to records we must retain by law.

04 / YOUR RIGHTS

You stay in control.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your information, as well as object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us below. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law.
